That's Putin. He invaded a country 28 times smaller, he has harmed innocent civilians by targeting them, he has intimidated these individuals, by constantly bombing civilian areas, he perceives them as vulnerable, because they cannot retaliate. 'There should be no bullies'. Correct, Putin is the worlds No1 bully. Putin caused/started the first war in Europe, since WW2. So I agree, 'Now we should try and cage that bully so that you and I can breathe peacefully'. The quicker Putin is caged, the quicker Europe can breath easily, again.
