@phillipchan6919 What the Taiwanese feel/want, doesn't have to represent ANYTHING the Chinese want or feel. Why would what the Chinese want, have any bearing on Taiwan? Democracy doesn't say China has the majority vote, against Taiwan. To help you understand, here is the definition of democracy: 'A system of government by the whole population or all the eligible members of a state, typically through elected representatives.' The vast majority of Taiwanese, see themselves as Taiwanese, NOT Chinese!

@phillipchan6919 I'll tell you how I know. I had this VERY SAME discussion, with another individual about 6 months ago. I did some extensive research, that's how I came to that conclusion. So, YOU stop being a smart mouth, because you can't stand someone disagreeing with you. YOU show your ignorance, to the whole internet community, by NOT accepting when you are wrong.
