It's NOT a 'Terror Attack'. Ukraine is at war with Russia, and Putin started it. Russia is 'pounding' Ukraine, yet Putin get's 'tearful' when Ukraine retaliates. Putin has killed thousands and thousands of innocent civilians in Ukraine. Where were his 'tears' for the deaths of those innocents?
