@PerceivedREALITY999 'If Ukraine continues its refusal to negotiate, more territory will be lost and sadly many more lives will be lost.' Putin needs to remove his preconditions, that will allow negotiations to commence. It's Putin's REFUSAL, to remove preconditions, that is the issue.

@PerceivedREALITY999 'Who didn't want peace?' Russia doesn't want peace, that's why it won't remove it's preconditions. Ukraine IS an Independent, Sovereign & Democratic country. Has been since 1991.
