  1. This 'information' that Andrei Kelin claims they have received, regarding Ukraine's possible/planned use of a 'Dirty Bomb', is typical Russian propaganda BS. It's the poison they spread, to legitimise the use of their nuclear armaments. Nobody is dumb enough to believe this nonsense. If Zalenskyy even discussed considering using a 'Dirty Bomb', the west would cease support immediately. The last thing the west wants, is this type of escalation. THAT'S WHY IT'S TOTAL BS.
