Actually, and this may sound counter intuitive, the Tsar Bomba had little military significance. It was constructed as a demonstration of Soviet innovation, expertise & technology, plus, of course, as a warning to 'The West'. The Tsar Bomba was a massive weapon, weighing around 27 tonnes! Delivery of such a weapon, was by a relatively slow flying TU-95V. The delivery of the Tsar Bomba, to it's designated target, would have been fraught with danger, as the opportunity to shoot down such a slow flying plane, would have been high. Most modern weapons, don't necessarily need a high yield, as accuracy and speed of delivery, are considered more desirable.

He lied about Invading Ukraine, said Russia had no intention of doing so. When Putin orders the assassination of people who disagree with him, or are political 'enemies', he always denies that, too. Bit cowardly, really.
