If they had any 'excess' amounts of those 'resources', then I would. I wouldn't expect them to charge friendly 'neighbours' any extra. Strength is solidarity.

There are actually TWO different news perspectives, regarding Russia's invasion. One that supports the Russian invasion....and one that doesn't.
