  2. Hang on. Affluent black community? Look 15 20 yrs ago ut was nice but the subway station ruined it all. These thugs even managed to end an entire mall. This is not all nice black people this is the KIDS of the nice ones. He acts like other areas dont have this. Glen burnie isnt a black comminity yet theres 3 hotels that I know of with this and also INMATES.
