  1. Forgive me for replying in English but I don't speak Russian. Don't worry about Western opinions of Russia. People's collective memory is very short. Most people believe whatever is the popular consensus without really thinking about it. Our citizens aren't any different from Russians in that way. In five years we will be told to hate the people of some other nation instead, and most of us will blindly obey. My country might not be as authoritarian as Russia, but it is not free. No country is free, there are only different degrees of authoritarianism, different levels of repression, more or less obvious propaganda.

  2. ​ @kikiki00000  I wish I could say something useful but I just don't know. All I know is - nothing lasts forever, not even dictators. I hope the next Russian experiment with democracy will last longer and I hope for a future where our countries have a good relationship and deal with each other fairly.
