@brandulak "Russia is the only fascist country-" Chief, you heard of Myanmar? North Korea? Egypt? Turkey? Let's not be naive and pretend Russia is the ONLY fascist or quasi-fascist state around right now.

@freeposityfreeper2937 Ukraine is a deeply dysfunctional democracy. Better than an authoritarian regime, but there's a lot of corruption to address before I'd call it "vibrant". Zelenskyy has proven himself a capable wartime leader... I will reserve judgment until I see him address Ukraine's systemic issues.

@freeposityfreeper2937 No it isn't. Yes, the pro-Russian government was deeply corrupt. So are Ukraine's pro-EU politicians. It's the same situation as Moldova. Systemic corruption is more complicated than just "pro-Russia corrupt, pro-EU pure as driven snow". That's why corruption is so hard to eradicate.

@screwyous4449 "no man in History has been a bigger threat to HUMANITY than the man running Russia". Nah. Putin is definitely a massive asshole but he's got a long way to go before he equals Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Pol Pot, Enver Pasha etcetera.
