@elektrotehnik94 There are plenty of companies unaffiliated with the Russian government that one should boycott for moral reasons too. Nestlé have done some truly awful shit in Africa (stealing water, pushing formula milk with outright lies about how it's healthier than breastfeeding, and much more). Foxconn produces parts for iPhones in Chinese factories that employ slave labour. Lots of consumer electronics companies make money from military contracts. The meat industry needs no explanation. Ultimately there aren't many ways to be a moral consumer in the modern world because everything is connected to some kind of evil at some point during the process of production. This is just one more example of that; it's not special. Is it really worse to buy this game than to buy M&Ms and therefore indirectly support child slavery?

@sammiller6631 The USA is an Empire. It's an economic and military hegemon that enforces its will around the world. If you have a government the USA does not like the CIA will get rid of it; failing that, prepare for an invasion. Just because I dislike Russian imperialism doesn't mean I have to like American imperialism.
