  1.  @jlpack62  Interesting. Thank you for sharing. I have an interest in minority Slavic groups such as the Lemko people, or the Sorbs of Lusatia. I am not Slavic myself, but I became interested in Polish history and, through that, the histories of other peoples in the region.

  2.  @jlpack62  I'm from the UK. My ex-girlfriend is Polish. We eventually split up because I was too young for a serious commitment then, but I visited Poland a number of times and developed an interest in Polish history and culture and, from there, an interest in the history of Slavic peoples more generally.

  3. Maybe you have some connection to the Lemko people? They are an ethnic group spread across Carpathian Ruthenia, Poland and Slovakia.
