  1. About the whole "killer robots" thing - let's say Congress passes a law forbidding the use of robots for combat. But what about logistics? Wars are won or lost primarily on the logistical capacity of the combatants. A robot that moves pallets of artillery shells isn't fighting, but it is enabling the prosecution of a war. Isn't it inconsistent to say a robot can't fire a rifle, but it can move crates of ammunition to the front so humans can fire rifles at each other? Is there a meaningful moral difference between the two?
