@TheBayzent Men especially don't want to burden other people with their problems, don't want to drag other people down. So they put on a mask, but because they're repressing their pain, it only makes it harder to deal with when they're alone.

@acidcat4 Lots of people insulting you but you're right. Most of these "ex criminals" want to front like they've changed and they're doing good for the community now. Bullshit, they're just making money out of their former lives, which they don't regret in the least - hell, they're usually proud of it and feel entitled to respect for it. Truly reformed criminals don't talk shite about how hard they were back in the day. They disappear quietly into the fabric of society.
