Canada's "MAID" programme offers an excellent example of what assisted dying would look like in the UK... "Your condition's difficult and expensive to treat. Would you like to die? No pressure, but you'd save us a lot of money. Just sign right here...!"

@thenpheler1 Absolutely. Governments will insist assisted death is "compassionate"... but the motive is plainly to save money. Unfortunately many people struggle to understand the concept of perverse incentives.
