  1. @wlingerfeldt9430 It's an Eastern Bloc thing, the Russian word for a tank operator is "tankista". Sometimes the Soviet words for stuff have a direct equivalent in English but we don't actually use that word normally - like the Soviet Union calling astronauts cosmonauts instead.
