Don't take the excuses powerful people give at face value. For example. Was championing the Protestant cause Sweden's primary motivation for intervening in the Thirty Years War? No. That was an excuse. The real reason was territorial gain and war plunder.

@rederen3350 It's highly likely that Louis Farrakhan arranged Malcolm X's assassination as revenge for X renouncing the "Nation of Islam" (which has nothing to do with Islam, and is basically a black supremacist cult trivially appropriating Islamic aesthetics. Malcolm X realised this after meeting real Muslims on Hajj).

Theodor Herzl, the founder of Zionism, described Palestine as a virgin land ready for colonization, and Zionists during the Mandate era talked about their aim to eventually possess the whole of the land even if that required evicting the Arabs. "Peace was never an option", as they say. How can you compromise with someone who wants you dead, whether in six weeks or six decades? There is no peace, only adjustments to the pace of genocide.

@thealbanianmonke218 The KLA attacked the Serbs first in Kosovo. Should Serbs should've just been allowed to fuck Albanians up in Kosovo? Because everything the Serbs did to Albanians in Kosovo, Israel is doing to Palestinians - and worse. If Albanians had the right to use the gun when words failed, why don't you give Palestinians the same right?
