  1. Oh for heaven's sake: we've been living in a post-constitutional country since John Marshall decided the Supreme Court was the ultimate arbiter of constitutionality, and definitely since Lincoln decided states had no right to secede.

  5.  @blintzkreig1638  both actions I wrote of were either not constitutional or unconstitutional. There are no bases for refuting those points. You may certainly believe those are GOOD things, but that doesn't make them constitutional. And they changed the processes of our constitution so profoundly that the nation is indeed post-constitution.
