It's the local governments that are refusing to allow townhomes and apartments and trailer homes to be constructed that are causing the housing problems.... in the eastern USA They build new housing and the first people they give e free homes or condo to are cops and teachers the same ones who bankrupt people out of their homes via property taxes. They don't need assistance or free housing. They are already making a lot of money
