  5. They need to take these abandoned malls and put several 40-story towers that have condos, apartments and affordable living in them. There's a lack of housing in the USA and there needs to be high-rises built just like the Communist countries did back in the 1950s

  6. I thought school board members were elected, not employees.. and they're usually ex-teachers who do everything to give money to the teachers not reduce property taxes

  9. Sell it to an investor because eventually the code inspector could come by and fine you a lot of money which will cost more than the repairs would
