Presumably, of the 27,681 dead civilians, there are 20,000 armed Hamas fighters and 5,000 Hamas fighters who have just put their Kalashnikovs aside to shit.

Not like the 2,000 alleged deaths in the hospital that was supposedly bombed by Israel until it turned out that a Hamas rocket, as so often happens, misfired and hit a parking lot of the hospital in Gaza. Nothing the Hamas "health authority" claims has anything to do with reality.
