@That_13ased_American “Also” is an exaggeration, the last test of a Sarmat ICBM in Russia in September left a 30 meter crater on the satellite images when it "took off". It is questionable whether Russia, with its Soviet scrap, is still a functional nuclear power.

@Hope-b8b Indeed, no one in the West could convince Sweden and Finland to join NATO. They have been neutral for generations. Only Putin managed to persuade them. He's a strategic genius... Assuming he works for NATO.
