  1. Hamas could solve the problem quite easily. Release innocent children and women and in return receive food, medicine and water for their population. That won't happen. Why not? Simply because, unfortunately, the lives of the Palestinians are just as irrelevant for Hamas as the lives of the Israeli hostages. All civilians in Gaza are hostage to Hamas in their "holy" war.
