  1. On the international corruption index, Hungary is in 76th place behind Trinidat. Transparency International ranks Hungary as the most corrupt country in the EU. Turkey is even further down in 115th place behind Srilanka. Hungary and Turkey obviously meet the basic requirements for becoming BRICS members.
