Presumably, of the 27,681 dead civilians, there are 20,000 armed Hamas fighters and 5,000 Hamas fighters who have just put their Kalashnikovs aside to shit.

@PlaYer-sn5or Israel is a modern, wealthy democracy that conducts cutting-edge research in biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence. For 75 years, Palestine has exported nothing other than explosive belts, hate and olives. Of course, after 75 years without progress, the Palestinians have the right to continue living in the religious, economic and technological Stone Age if they do not want to become an enriching part of the civilized world.

All civilian casualty figures come from the Hamas health organization. The same terrorist organization that is responsible for October 7th. Human Rights Watch or Doctors Without Borders have no way of checking these numbers. If Hamas claims it is genocidal then it isn't. Israel is fighting Islamic terror as best it can.

@GegeDxD Merkel was also re-elected for many terms, but had to convince the citizens in every election instead of poisoning the opposition like Putin does. Netanjahu was already in the opposition position in 2005 In 2017 he was investigated on suspicion of corruption. After the Gaza war, he will almost certainly lose his office on October 7th. All of this is only possible in a democracy.

@mhogomchungu7168 Nobody would steal someone's land or build walls there if they could live alongside Islamists in peace, friendship and mutual cultural enrichment. In Germany there are regular church services with Jews and Christians. How many invitations in this regard have there been from Gaza in the last 75 years?

@kmasif164 There is a good meme regarding this. Dozens of Arab nations with millions of square kilometers of historically conquered land complain that Jews "occupied" a few hundred square kilometers of land. Just leave the Jews alone, there is enough land.

@mickeymouse8692 How about culture or education? Europe alone has donated several hundred million euros every year to the Palestinians for hospitals and schools. Unfortunately, Hamas used the money to build weapons and hundreds of kilometers of tunnels instead of improving the lives of the Palestinians...

@mickeymouse8692 Yes, there are also religious extremists on the Jewish side who believe they are reclaiming their holy land that God promised them. There will be no end as long as both sides are sure that their God is on their side. As is often the case, religion is to blame. For 2,000 years we have been fighting in the Middle East about who has the better imaginary friend. That's why I mentioned education. Only with education can this vicious circle be broken. But probably not in this generation.
