Civilian casualties caused by explosive weapons with wide area effects From 24 February 2022 to 30 June 2023, OHCHR recorded 22,784 civilian casualties caused by the use of explosive weapons with wide area effects: 7,653 killed and 15,131 injured. They account for 90.5 per cent of all civilian casualties recorded by OHCHR during that period. Of them, 84.2 per cent were recorded in territory controlled by the (Ukrainian) Government when they occurred, and 15.8 per cent -- in territory occupied by the Russian Federation when casualties occurred. According to official UN reports, 84.2 percent of all war crimes in Ukraine are committed by Russians and separatists. However, other human rights organizations come up with 90 percent...

But most importantly, there are videos of pro-ukrainian demonstrators using scaffolding trying to save as many of these drunk idiots as possible from the burning building. This is your massacre.
