Er, Ukraine never had nuclear weapons (Soviet Union did, which The Russian Federation is successor state to) and the 1990 Declaration of State Sovereignty (when Ukraine was UkSSR) of Ukraine proclaimed permanent neutrality, not joining military blocs and to never seek, host or have nuclear weapons within an independent Ukraine. Being ignorant is not an excuse.
