Parents should absolutely bear SOME responsibility but after a certain age, the rest is up to that kid's environment. And if the kid is an adult? Then the parents have very little they can legally do

  39. I remember having a debate with someone about a topic and referencing the well known principle "do what you want as long as you're not harming others". He then asked me if it's okay to watch child abuse cartoons. I was stumped because I'd have to agree, if I was to be consistent, but that wouldn't sit right with me. I think it's an interesting question though. As repulsive as something sounds, why do we care if it's not hurting other human beings? And where do we draw the line?
