  1. ​ @MrCip  You literally just conceded your entire argument with the line "people can change their minds" It's as simple as that. There are people who truly believed it was wrong to eat animals, and then...changed their mind on it. So vegans who claim there are no ex vegans are just silly. Though it is also true that a lot of self proclaimed ex vegans were just plant based eaters and not really vegan. Also, about wearing animal skin - who decides what excommunicates you from veganism? Does eating honey excommunicate you? How about using mouse traps?
