  2. Cdogvlog 55 I've seen and heard this all before many times since the 90s when I moved out on my own,bought my first home, and began living around the middle class. I can understand why many are failing and can't even afford to retire. And divorces. When it comes to houses and cars people get stupid. But others including myself benefit from it so I cant complain. People like this is the reason cash was king and great cheap home prices during the housing crash and recession for the ones who were patient,used common sense,and lived within their means like myself and others.

Heck they didn't even know it snows in the mountains and when it snows they didn't even know what to do. You don't buy a home blindfolded like that. Can't believe they put themselves on video.
