@vozaviazoa would you like to go back to that today or acknowledge what Britain did for India and the subcontinent today and what you have today. Living in that past won't do any good with us Brits. Imagine if we lived in the past in Europe like you do in India or middle east. Imagine the UK itself if the UK was in the middle east or India today. It was part of the British empire 80 years ago and called British India. India and Pakistan didn't even exist as it does today untill we partioned the Indian subcontinent in 1947. Them people live in the past telling us how bad us Brits are today but 80 years on India has become the 5th biggest economy in the world while everything India is today stems from European history including there capital city Delhi.

It's the same with Azerbaijan really not so long ago it was part of the russian empire then became a nation in the soviet union which ended in 1991 now they are part of the European union.

@ananyapandey9628 so your telling us since after ww2 we have people from all over the British commonwealth living here who really don't like us then and we have had an Indian prime minister and a lord mayor of London whose parents came here because of the Partioning in 1947 then.

@ananyapandey9628 100 years ago Europe was a land of empires that don't exist today. North and south America had already been given independence and a few other nations before ww1 but apart from that let's say Europe was a land of empires they don't exist today but just like America and Canada really the world today outside of Europe exists today as it is because of it

@ananyapandey9628 where you don't want us living in the past like some of you do outside Europe today is in Europe is it. we don't do this for bad reasons but to make people understand the world has changed now and Europe 30 years ago things where never done right in the UK after ww2 we should have been told what was going off and people from British commonwealth nations introduced properly and people born here today shouldn't be living in there elders pasts anyway just realise that plus we never stole anything off you nations didn't exist then we wouldn't have been able to communicate that kind of thing the world people have evolved past that certainly where our empires used to be in Europe.

@ananyapandey9628 for someone like me I see amazing nations across the world today that have progressed so quickly India China places like Singapore amazing even in Africa we talk to people and see amazing cities and things now it's like they are scared of us in Europe and the UK when the reality is we don't even really live in the past here in Europe let alone with anyone else. We don't bury your cultures and history religions here we embrace it but why wouldn't the world want that for us today tour was never about everyone being against us anyway I'm a middle aged man now living in a UK that's nothing like it was 30 years ago and we had the whole world and people from British commonwealth nations living here then what's changed and most of you are British to today

@AtlasofInfo that's the same in the middle east there to all the problems are there's and they still blame us for Partioning of the ottoman empire to save in Africa and for the Partioning of Africa the Berlin conference 1865/66 and the scramble for Africa where actually nations today in Africa were created from. Most of the modern world doesn't even stem from colonies but mandates created after ww1 and protocerates which where areas we protected while nations where coming into existence and problems being sorted. India itself is not one nation.

@AdityaSinghRana-og3ch that's the thing that disappoints me. When you look back at life I see a world and did know how it worked I was not pushed into the right things. It's hard to explain the UK without upsetting people today from the one I grew up in the 7os and 80s strange times for me I thought things would be different today

@AdityaSinghRana-og3ch the world and Europe has come so far in lots of cases over the last 100 years and since ww2 so I'm not upset about that but Europe has gone around things the wrong way for a very long time I'm just looking for a opening and opportunity my education deserves now.

That's why I'm not behind this climate b.s. its the same people who have been decolonising the planet since ww1 and mainly after ww2 who are behind this today. Only place in the world with real problems is Europe because they can't deal with the past simply and deal with the future better here now.

Most of these places they call poorer nations today are not poor at all we don't owe the world nothing it should be each nation dealing with each nation independently not with these silly organisations that work with no transparency changing everything every 5 minutes.
