Living in the past and glorifying it is an old stunt to befuddle gullible people and give them a character certificate assembled under the umbrella of Hindutva and pseudo Sanatanis. India is a service-based economy and it cannot generate jobs. India invests peanuts on Research and development. China invests 2.5 percent of its GDP in R&D while Bharat invests 0.57 % in it. It invests more in “manufacturing mandirs and elections”. China has been investing in science and technology since decades. It’s a manufacturing hub an India cannot crush it nor decouple with it. DRDO has never met or meet its targets, and Atma Nirbhar Bharat is a big hot gas balloon inflated by an equally big gas bag at the helm.
