That gets really messy on multiboot...

The devs never expected people to use it lol

It's about as hard to break an mbr as it is to repair it... It's still a problem lol

wow... talk about blaming the victim, eh? 20mln penalty for the feds' failure to adequate enforce the law themselves. Where do people base their logic these days?

How do we trust "incident response professionals"? For that matter, how do we still have faith in OPEC? Lol

We'll miss you Shannon. Good on you for spreading the word about work life balance though. That's a tremendously hard thing for us tech enthusiasts to ever come to grips with until often its too late. We need more conversations about work culture in this era, hopefully you help spur that discussion amongst your team and followers. It's really important imho.

@reigh7 ignore the ignorant. It's my Buddhism showing, but realistically you can't expect civil reactions from uncivilized teenagers pretending to sound like grown ups. They'll learn, but not from anything you can teach them lol. Master boot record, it's meticulously curated by Windows but as soon as windows has a hiccup that affects the mbr, it will make your life a nightmare trying to get it to read properly or troubleshoot because you have to keep rebooting to see how it responds and it never tells you why it's having trouble because it assumes the operating system has been taking good care of it. You can even be super smart and know exactly what the problem is and fix it by writing machine code yourself, windows will still bug out for it being changed suddenly even if it want working before you changed it. Its like a security system that threatens your security lol that is the mbr. In my experience it's never worth fixing if you don't figure it out within a day or 2. It's always best to get it to boot, back everything up, then format and create a new partition table for the entire drive
