  1. This is exactly what you want from a talk, to make people slightly different from when they arrived. I don't think you needed any of the preface or interludes, it's pretty clear what you're saying and doing imho. Very well done. It's awesome they were as awkward as you'd planned, even if it made the talk harder for you it made it outstanding.
