  1. "selling" bootleg cd's should be illegal though lol that's a bad example. Google isn't creating the content nor did they invent some genius idea, they bought the genius idea off an indie developer who couldn't afford the maintenance or monetize search data. Bootlegging cd's is more like what Google is doing by profiting from other people's work just for having the resources to afford the equipment and know-how the buyer of bootleg cd's doesn't have access to.
