Although Hamas doesn't put Israeli kids in jail without a civil trial judge, they use military courts to prosecture Palestinian children for the past 5 decades. Do they count?

13:26 Oct 7th was the worst act of terrorism perpetrated against Israel since the holocaust, but they have perpetrated around a dozen times this upon other ethnic groups since the holocaust. Just for context for all those applause.

@DigiDriftZone oh really? A lot of children with no schools or parents are all holding guns and using other people's parents and brothers/sisters as human shields? Based on what evidence? All the dead kids I've seen were in civilian clothes, what is it that you've seen?

@salaciousone by international law, that's exactly right. To prevent genocide and civillian massacres the whole world gathered and voted on the ethics of war (as crazy as that sounds ) specifically for this purpose. If you trap a population, cut off power and water supplies, and then shell/bomb the area with indiscriminate blast zones, that is a war crime. It has nothing to do with Hamas using human shields, there are no other places for people to go because of the IDF, not because of Hamas. Israel is the reason there are human shields in this conflict, that is simple logic to everyone on Earth besides half of Americans and half of Israelis - both of which have prevented peace agreements despite the best efforts of the voting nations of the UN for decades. It's very well documented, my position is clear and irrefutable.
