That oil-ice will not be as sturdy as solid glacial ice, it will break part and eventually drift to somewhere it melts and releases the oil. Cold water is higher density, it flows to displace the warmer water.

I don't agree at all with India's politicians, but using stats like "in the first 300 days" or "in the last 5 months of an 18-month term" is intentionally distorting interpretation and analysis of data. You can cry about accurate numbers when you're misrepresentating the significance as your only point in your argument. Any stats 101 grad should understand that.

The answer to medhi is "a party can be islamic, in that they restrict their membership, but a competing party may gain more support with the same values but minus the restriction of requiring faith as a prerequisite. So a party can be islamic without pushing a Muslim agenda because its purpose assumes the people are already devout. It's not necessary to promote your faith politically if the government is fair and true. Doing well would demonstrate the greatness of their faith rather than by imposed regulation or expansion of restrictions."

He is inept and stupid, and infantile. That's all very, very useful information to anyone speaking to the ambassador who is likely tasked with drafting / negotiating aggreements with this imbecile.
