  1. How is nobody even noticing the shoreline is a few meters from an entire island laden with heavy high-rises? Not only is it a waste of financial resources, and destruction of the sea, and the needless demotion (assuming construction was not botched...), but with rising sea levels the entire area will be underwater from a tsunami, earthquake or climate change within 10 years with a >50% probability?! So many levels of dumb by developers, government, regulators and purchasers my head is spinning
