  1. The issue of aspiring to civil servant jobs is a clue those jobs are disproportionately profitable. The blame rests with opportunity to fund small businesses. If young grads could start businesses which other grads could trade with in their small businesses, they'd all be self employed and customers to each other's businesses while also employing more young people as they grow. If everyone wants to "get" a job instead of create one, there will always be an economic problem because that's not how economies are designed to function efficiently.
