  1. There'd literally nothing stopping Russia from processing large transfers in bitcoin... Driving up and down the btc and thusly double dipping on series of pump and dumps in the process. Those losses will be born predominantly on non Russian btc users lol seriously, bitcoin is big enough to use to sell oil and buy bulk goods in. It'd be even cheaper than swift systems too, with no regulation and quicker transactions lol
