I appreciate where you're trying to come from, but in all honesty I'd wager nobody can tell the difference between ai symphony and real human symphony.
What you hate isn't that auto tune and synth exists, you hate that it's everywhere. Reality is its the music industry and profit model that changed, not the musicians. Musicians stay indie if they want to keep control of their sound and millions still do, but the places you hear just walking by are all manufactured music, nothing original. That's by design, not that it's all there is.
Also, tons of synths from 70's and 80's including Phil Collins lol like tons and tons. Peter Frampton did auto tune even, it was like a whammy bar, just a fun experimental thing.
Music industry used to sell cd's, that's the difference. An artist needed a grassroots following not a control group think-tank.
