The facts of the case are not under scrutiny, he has no defense because he's criminally culpable lol. His wrongdoing isn't under dispute, what thread of optimism are you clinging to?

  7. Austin Denotter unfortunately the old model was based on wanton destruction of the environment, so that's not really an option going forward. I don't think it's a lot to ask that we develop a better system today with the knowledge of the past under our belts and unprecedented levels of cheap communication thanks to the technology. The problem is more to do with the public and politicians both not grasping the intricacies of the complex marketplace we've allowed bankers and lobbyists to create over the past few decades. It's easy to be a rich country when there's gold and oil spilling out of the ground like the prosperity scene of bygone days.
