Only an imbecile with zero self control would pay to stream everything instead of one at a time, or pay to get ads again just like cable. Everybody will start pirating, everybody else would've been paying cable anyway. Nothing's changed at all. Buying a DVD box set then reselling it was cheaper in the DVD era, and bouncing between services will be the same clientele without needing to sell DVDs. This isn't as fascinating or revolutionary as this piece tries to make it seem.
