  2. This is infuriating. Your eyes are built to see light, blocking light is like wearing a patch and being blind to protect your vision... Blue light helps reduce disturbance to sleep. Reduce, disturbed. That's it. Macular degeneration does not occur from color projections. Wavelengths are not more or less powerful coming from a screen, light doesn't peel our physical eyes apart. This is such nonsense!
