"being too honest is risky" transparency is something practiced successfully in america, dollar reserve wouldn't be accepted if it weren't transparent . if china would implement this Imo it would be game changing until trust is on par with america they will fail to win world wide favor without force

I'm sure amazon and Walmart are also affected by returns but you don't see them crying online they adapt and innovate . This is apart of the business and will only become more prevalent , if your in the business of e-commerce you need to source good quality products or this will be expected because most of china stuff is good in photos or online but totally different experience when you receive. Also look into building hubs or having return/fulfillment centers in different sections of places you service . I'm sure there are plenty of empty factories or mom and pop stores around china that could be turned into fulfilment return centers which could help with cost, again this is another opportunity that is open for grabs but people don't see it they just cry and make live stream for crumbs

It seems in china when things go wrong they go online and cry about it because they can't adapt . Almost like a cry for help hoping CCP sees it. You don't see this happening in the US here we adapt and progress or someone who can adapt will come in and take our spot, no time for crying. we don't rely on government intervention here or expect it
