The best investment may be a plane ticket honestly if one can just get to california minimum wage here april 1 will be 20usd they also have food stamps for non citizens dont know what it pays but for citizens 291 a month is the max if you make under 1500usd. Ya living expenses may be more but there are ways around like renting per room or saving up getting anRV or rent mobile home til you stack up. Or just go homeless i mean it aeems most of them are already borderline homeless anyways . Youd make way kore money and could send that back home mSo if i were a desperate chinese id get tf out of china
