  1. In a perfect world it would be illegal but how is a fund supposed to make MORE money than current local environment allows . I know china's not the only investment but up until a few years ago it was a solid one .. many Americans profited off off rather than them investing in some highly over valued American stock and get destroyed during a recession. This allows for them to be diverse.... If China is down Us is up.. vise versa because one of the super powers will capitalize off the other so not having your investment concentrateed locally smart but most people don't think about these things because they just think with there emotion .
