Arriving in a Christian country as a muslim, then claiming to be a Christian, to avoid deportation, is not a case for asylum. In fact it is fraud. In this case the perpetrator had been denied asylum status twice, then after being convicted of sex crimes twice, 'converted' to christianity, then applied for asylum again with the support of the priest who baptised him. So he was given the right to remain after two convictions for serious sex crimes. He then threw corrosive substance over a women and her two young children. You could not make it up. The UK is led by nut-jobs, ably supported by fraudsters.
