  1. The transportation of slaves was an off-shoot from the long entrenched slave trade within Africa. The Africans have been capturing and enslaving other Africans for thousands of years. They sold their slaves to Arabia for at least two thousand years, continuing right up to the 20th Century. North Africans captured and enslaved Europeans in huge numbers, greater than those slaves purchased and transported to the Americas. Native Americans (both North American and South American) have enslaved each other for as long as they have been on those continents. It is the media, the teachers and the activists who have managed to link slave ownership to white skin and slaves to black skin. It is a total myth.
