  4. Not true at all. They leave because their governments are corrupt, greedy, nepotistic, brutal and incompetent, resulting in failed States.

  5. Museveni is a pretty unpleasant and corrupt dictator, but I do support each country making its own way. The trouble is that in Uganda the people have no way to express their will. The press is not free and the elections are rigged.
